Park Paseo Homeowners Association
Park Paseo Homeowners Association is a planned community in Irvine, California in the County of Orange. We have a population of 625 single family homes. The community is close to schools, shopping, freeways, and much more!
All of our common areas are an excellent combination of manicured and beautifully landscaped grass, plants, trees, and ground cover.
The Association contracts the services of an on-site manager through Associa-PCM, and many vendors who provide needed products and services.
As a homeowner and member of the Park Paseo Homeowners Association, you and your family have access to all amenities including our superb clubhouse, tennis courts, pools, playgrounds, and our many walking paths and open areas.
Benefits of Living in a Community
There are several reasons the number of community associations has exploded from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands over the decades. The benefits our homeowners enjoy most are:
- Maintained Property Values. According to the Community Associations Institute, homes in managed communities are often worth 5 percent more than those in traditional communities.
- Amenities and Services. Our homeowners receive value in return for their choice to invest in a homeowners association.
- Sense of Community. Our community is a place to connect in a world that is increasingly disconnected.
